  1. 01Are any features locked behind higher tiers?

    No. Every plan includes the full ModelxcelPro feature set: Proof, Audit, Formula Intelligence, Visualization, Workbook Comparison, and Formatting & Themes. You pick a tier based on seats, admin tools, and support level — not on what the add-in does.

  2. 02How does billing work?

    Monthly or annual, paid by card via Stripe. Annual saves ~17%. Cancel anytime — your license keeps working until the end of the paid period. Refunds: 14-day satisfaction guarantee, no questions asked.

  3. 03Is there a free trial?

    Yes. 14-day full-feature trial, no credit card required. At the end, your trial license expires and the add-in shows a one-click upgrade prompt; nothing is charged automatically.

  4. 04Can I move my license between machines?

    Individual: 2 active machines per seat. Team and Enterprise: assign and re-assign seats from the team admin portal. Each .lic file is bound to a machine fingerprint at first activation; rotating to a new machine takes one click and is rate-limited to one rotation per 24 hours.

  5. 05What about Excel for Mac?

    ModelxcelPro is Windows-only. The desktop add-in is built on .NET Framework 4.8.1 (VSTO) which Excel for Mac doesn\'t support. We don\'t plan to port until a clean cross-platform path exists. If Mac support is critical, talk to us about Enterprise — we may have an alternative for specific workflows.

  6. 06Do you offer education pricing?

    Yes — substantial discounts for verified academic institutions and registered students. Contact us with your .edu address.

  7. 07How does Enterprise differ from Team?

    Same product, every capability. Enterprise adds: SSO (SAML / Entra ID), custom EULA and DPA, dedicated Customer Success Manager, on-prem .lic issuance for air-gapped environments, and a signed SLA. Pricing is bespoke; talk to us.
